Materials for publications should be 1000 words.
Format – MicrosoftWord, TimesNewRoman font, 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment, all margins 2 cm.; paragraph indent 1.25, no hyphenation.
a) main text and title (excluding keywords) – 14 pt.;
b) abstracts, keywords and phrases, footnotes, literature – 12 pt.
Texts in languages other than Russian and Roman numerals should be typed in Latin script (not Cyrillics).
Use ... when abbreviating quotations.

We accept materials for publication based on the results of blind reviewing, which means that reviewers' identities are kept hidden from authors.
Before uploading your presentation materials, please, delete information about the authors and about your affiliation from your paper.
Write the title of the article (all caps, font size 14 pt., straight, bold, text aligned to the centre, no indent on the first line)
Abstract in English (100 words); font size 12 pt., italics, non-bold).
Keywords and keyword combinations (no more than 8 words and word combinations; font size 12 pt., italics, non-bold).
The main text (900 words) follows the title part with one empty line in between.
Links to written sources are provided in square brackets [1: 182].
The bibliography (with the title ‘Reference’) is placed at the end of the article in an alphabetical order (no more than 5 authors). The title ‘References’ is placed one line after the main text (font size 12 pt., straight and non-bold, text aligned to the centre, no indent on the first line).
Publications are described in accordance with All-Union State Standards (GOST R 7.0.5-2008) and laid out in a numbered alphabetical list (font size 12 pt., non-bold, straight). Works where the names of the authors are written in Cyrillics are provided first, then those where the authors’ surnames are written in Latin or other scripts. If there are several works by one author, they are written in a chronological order. One-author works go before those written in co-authorship, irrespective of the publication year. Page numbers in papers are obligatory. To transliterate, use http://translit.net: in the line "Enabled" select "Russian transliteration," LC option. For references to electronic resources, use the abbreviation URL (Uniform Resource Locator) and the date of access:

When preparing publications, we request that you forgo the use of automatic numeration, automated cross references, automatic style creation, etc. All formatting should be done manually.
