NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US 7 / 4.5 mm and US 8 / 5.0 mm circular
needles, 24” / 60 cm long
Adjust needle size if necessar y to obtain the
correct gauge.

This cowl is worked in the round from the
bottom up. The pattern calls for 10 di�erent
colours, but it is completely customizable for
your preference.
STITCH INSTRUCTIONS
K1P1 RIBBING (MULT OF 2 S T S)
Every Rnd: *K1, p1; rep from * to end of rnd.
PAT T E R N
With colour 1 and using smaller needle,
CO 114 sts. Place a marker to identify the
beginning of the rnd. Join to knit in the rnd,
being careful not to twist.
EDGE
Work K1p1 Ribbing for 3 rnds.
BODY
Switch to larger needle.
Set Up Rnd: *k31, pm, (p1, k1) x 3, p1, pm; rep
from * to end of rnd.
Stripe Rnd: *k31, sm, (p1, k1) x 3, p1, sm; rep
from * to end of rnd. Continuing in colour 1, work Stripe Rnd for 9
more rnds.
Using colour 2, work 13 rnds of Stripe Rnd.
Using colour 3, work 13 rnds of Stripe Rnd.
Using colour 4, work 13 rnds of Stripe Rnd.
Using colour 5, work 13 rnds of Stripe Rnd.
Using colour 6, work 13 rnds of Stripe Rnd.
