Company culture: canon
Canon inc. is a Japanese multinational corporation specializing in the production of image processing and optical devices, including cameras, camcorders, copiers, steppers, computer printers and medical equipment.
Culture type: Eiffel Tower culture
Manages Fujio Mitarai. Canon is divided into three main business segments: Office Business, Consumer Business, Industrial, and Miscellaneous. The company even has a Kyosei philosophy. This philosophy states that “it expresses our commitment to ensuring that all people, regardless of culture, customs, language or race, live and work harmoniously together for a future happiness.” Truly global companies must develop good relationships with customers and communities, as well as with governments, regions and the environment, in order to fulfill their social obligations.
Company policy :
Working conditions:
Dress code from Monday to Thursday, Friday is casual wear day.
Workplace equipped according to 14001 standard (class A)
Free parking for senior staff.
Medical insurance for all employees
Team buildings are provided, but very rarely
Bonuses for employees on special occasions
Sick days are paid by the company
When productive, you get a few more privileges

I would prefer to work in a company with the culture of the Eiffel Tower. Hierarchy is based on the number of responsibilities, so authority comes from your position, your place in the hierarchy, and not from your relationships with colleagues and especially with your boss.
